Pantonio's art merges with water in new creation "Do Rio"

Pantonio reveals a new stunning piece in Portugal, as part of the Flua festival.

The artwork can be seen in Alcobaça, a town located between Porto and Lisbon. It was made in the context of the FLUA - Alcobaça Urban Languages festival, that aims at putting the spotlight on the town as a welcoming land for creative and entrepreneurial spirits.

Pantonio is a celebrated Portuguese artist. He was born in the Azores archipelago, where he got inspired by sea life. He uses this influence in his creations, portraying mostly sea animals with what has become iconic colours (blue and green), and a unique brush technique that makes motion and textures seem real.

Seeing his work in a fluvial habitat seems quite appropriate and powerful.
