Uglar (Unified Group of Los Angeles Resistance) is a group of talented artists composed by Evan Skrederstu, Chistopher D. Brand, Steeve Martinez, Jose Lopez and Ryan Gattis. The young group formed only five years ago and intends to ride the new urban wave in Los Angeles. Only locally based, these artists are very attached to their city and the representation of the life and the people who live there. They claim to be the LA storytellers. Their land is full of stories that cannot be told but only drawn.

They started a unique in its kind collaboration with Ryan Gattis, a famous United States writer who became in 2012 the "narrative director" of the group's stories. Ryan Gattis becomes the master and the Ulgar collective his musicians while they both compose a smooth visual symphony.

Their favorite themes go from nature and animals (big chameleon party) to various portraits. On March 16, 2012, their collaborative work with artists Zes, Push and the LA Freewalls Project team has been praised for its thoroughness. The work was done one paper and the represented on a wider scale on a wall in the city. The character's expression is stirring and striking. The goal is reached .
