WEENO The Cobra Power

WEENO is a graffiti artist coming from the Parisian Suburb, Nanterre (92 Hauts-de-Seine). He’s a member of the crew The Cobra Power since 1993.

In the beginning of the 90s WEENO started to do his first tags and graffiti at the instigation of the first wave of writers which imported the graffiti in France during the 80s. In 1993 WEENO enters the group of The Cobra Power (TCP) a brigade of the Black Dragon, famous gang which used to fight the skin-heads in the Paris region. From 1992 to 1998 Weeno had a strong graffiti activity, the objective during this period was to represent as much as possible his name with block style.

After a period of total inactivity, WEENO took back the spray-cans just for a few walls. His return became really significant in March 2007 (more than 70 productions in less than one year).Today Weeno graffiti approach is strictly artistic. His goal is to become a leading graffiti artist.
