Phlegm has struck again! Ireland loved him and his water related themes!

Sheffield based Artist, Phlegm, has been busy since he arrived in West Cork, Ireland. He painted a georgous steampunk, fish-like submarine being navigated by the artist’s signature characters, but also an other big fish in the beach, and a guy standing on top of a mysterious city (video below).
