"Walls and frames: fine art from the streets" is a new book by Maximiliano Ruiz, which was released this autumn and exposes emerging artists from the street art movement.

After "Graffiti Argentina" published in 2009 and "Nuevo Mondo" released last spring which showed artists from the latin America street art stage, Maximiliano Ruiz comes back this year with a new problematic in his book.

Firstly, the aim is to make a global portrait of the actual international street art stage with its emergents artists and its major artists. But the book shows also how the artists are going from the street into galleries. Maximiliano Ruiz wants to prove that artists are now directly connected to the business of art. How the artist use the streets and the gallery? How does he proceed in the street and after in his studio to develop new styles and techniques?

Those questions came with the new generation of street artists, who are now on the front of the stage with the recent and real interest brought by business of art and his collectors.

With explanations and interviews of artists, this book is in this way dedicated to a large public,  for amateures or experts. With among others Alexone, El Mac, Faile, Faith47, Miss Van, Ludo, Ripo, Sam3, Tilt, Remed, Kofie, M-City, Josh Keyes etc…

A release party is all the more organized the December 8, in London and the December 15, in Berlin with some artists featured in the book and Maximiliano Ruiz. For the occasion, originals handmade books created by the artists will be presented and available for sale, such a good idea for Christmas's presents!
